  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at distincthats1@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
